Hello Paul,

Once again thanks for the way you took care of my cats, Spit & Damion when transporting them from East Lothian down to Gosport and looking after them for the weekend.

They are both terrible at traveling but they seemed none the worse for their long journey when you arrived with them on the Monday as promised.

I liked the way you kept in touch with me once the contract had been agreed and that you wanted to get to know the cats before putting them into your transport.

The phone call once you had arrived at your place to reassure me they were alright was a weight of my mind.

I also liked the fact that you took your time once they had been deliverd at their new home to make sure they were okay. The follow up call a week later was alos very nice.

My cats are now setteled in very nicely and are enjoying exploring their new surroundings.

I would not hesistate to recommend you to anyone. Your van was clean, the cats had fresh water, some food and plenty of space to move around.
